Step 1: Check GTmetrix Grade

GTmetrix Grade reflects the customer experience on your website through Performance score and Structure:

  • Performance score: This shows you how well your website is performing from a visitor’s perspective. The low-performance score level is 0 and the highest is 100. The performance score of over 75% is an optimized website.
  • Structure: Reflects how well your website is built for optimal performance. If your performance score is lower than 50%, you need to improve your website.

Step 2: Check Web vitals

Web Vitals provides key metrics that impact your website’s performance.

  • LCP: measure how long the element with the largest content is fully displayed on a customer’s device. Best LCP is 1.2s or less
  • TBT: time is blocked by the script during the load spread. TBT should be less than 150 mls
  • CLS: The degree of layout changes your customers’ experience when your page loads. Best CLS score of 0.1s or less.
